He held C-suite roles at Citibank, Shinsei Bank, AIA, and Manulife, specialising in retail banking, wealth, and life insurance. At Provectus he helps APAC firms scale AI solutions. Based in Penang, he works remotely across APAC, has lived in 11 countries, and is the author of Banking by Design and a PhD candidate at Universiti Sains Malaysia.
